How are the items packaged?
All Folique hair fiber bottles are packed discreetly into a protective bubble wrapped black packet and posted securely.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged
We do our best to ensure all items will arrive with you safely and in perfect condition however in the unlikely event that your item does arrive damaged in anyway please contact us with your order number and photos of the damages and we will get back to you asap.
How long does delivery take?
All UK deliveries are posted Royal Mail 48hr Tracked and overseas orders are posted Tracked

Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver within 1-3 working days
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
1. TRACKED aims to deliver to International destinations within 5-7 working days. You will receive online tracking progress, items are electronically scanned at 6 different points, in the UK and overseas to the point of delivery.
3. CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES – Most orders will arrive within the stated time but delivery times may occasionally take longer at Christmas and allowance should be made for this. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail and other delivery services but will assist where possible. We can not be held responsible for orders not arriving in time for Christmas.
What if I want a refund or need to return my item
You can have a refund if you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your purchase up to 14 days after purchasing. Please be aware we can not refund items that have been used or opened where the protective seal has been damaged. We do not refund postage costs. Please visit the contact section stating your order number if you have any issues with your order or want any further information.
Please note that any requested refund will only be processed once the item has been returned in its original condition.

How do I use it?
Folique hair fibers must be applied when the hair is clean and dry and should be applied through the hair roots. After applying your hair will look fuller and give you that extra confidence. Your previous concerns about your thinning hair will disappear.
How often should I wash my hair?
For best results you should shampoo your hair daily to increase the effectiveness of the product and maintain hygiene levels.
Can Folique harm my Scalp?
Folique hair fibers is a non-allergenic product, the ingredients of which have been tested and used in all cosmetic and skin applications such as lipsticks and eye make-up. Folique hair fibers have been widely used for over twenty years by many people worldwide.
Will the fibers be okay in the wet?
Once Folique Hair Fibers are applied it is water, rain, wind and perspiration resistant. We do recommend however that wet hair be allowed to dry naturally rather than rubbing rigorously with a dry towel.
